OUR MISSION: To enhance disabled and disadvantaged persons’ participation in and enjoyment of sports, recreation, and leisure activities by helping to fund, design, develop, construct, manage, operate, and maintain sports, recreation, and other leisure facilities which are physically, financially, and spiritually accessible to everyone.
